• Move strategies around when building or modifying a plan. Turn a plan into a strategy or a strategy into a plan.
• Download a rolling 15 months of data for every metric in a Scorecard or plan data into a CSV file.
• Data Subsets allows users to customize their views and navigate the system with their favorite metrics and businesses.
• Secondary Strategy enables a strategy to appear in multiple plans (or in multiple places in the same plan) updating in only one place.
• X Matrix - Companies that choose to enable it can now view their Hoshin plans as an X Matrix.

• Tactic Review Screen shows the tactic description, dates and past performance and gives you a warning if you try to update a tactic outside the dates you had planned to work on it.
• Strategy end status communication notifies the owner of the objective above to allow them to approve your change.
• Customized labels in both Hoshin and Scorecard enable you to make the system reflect your business terminology.
• Financial Review Screen can be set apart and shows how financial forecasts changed over time, including future forecasts.
• Password Reset facility enables each user to reset their own password, after having set up a secret question for their account.
