PlanBase Scorecard is a sophisticated yet easy to use Process Management, Scorecarding and Improvement system. You can create metrics, processes, functions and businesses. You can link to process maps stored on share drives or other applications. Updates are easy and information is instantly available across the organization. Communication:

Supports monthly or quarterly reviews of all Business and Function scorecards, processes and metrics.
Scorecard metrics, corrective actions, and general process improvement actions can be linked to Hoshin strategies enabling automatic color-coded updates.
Streamlined navigation means you are never more than a click away from the scorecards, processes and metrics that you own.
Financial metrics can be viewed separately and reviewed more extensively, eg against latest forecast, rolling forecast, Annual Operating Plan, and last year’s actuals.
Batch load feature enables automatic upload of unlimited target and actual metric data.

Visual Management:

Visual management “traffic light” system shows performance of every metric against target.
Metric reviews are displayed with color and symbol-coded status updates in terms of current status, trend since last review, and concern for the future performance.
Process Review screens enable quick input of corrective and preventive actions on processes and metrics which are tracked and reviewed in the same screen.
Heat Map screen show the performance of a set of metrics against target down two or three levels of entities so you can quickly see what entities are achieving their targets.

Drill down feature allows you to quickly determine where the issues are with just a few clicks.
Intuitive navigation takes you straight to the aspects of each scorecard that you own.
Responsibilities screen shows you every metric, corrective action, improvement action, process, function and business unit that you own on one page, displaying the current performance status of each.
Metric subsets allow users to create any subset of metrics from an entity that they are most interested in and then navigate the system screens with just that subset.
Metric Contributors screen displays a metric in the currently selected business unit, and any instances of that same metric on immediate children of that business unit to find the source of any marginal or exceptional performance.
